Brinjal and Chicken Kheema

In this recipe Brinjal also known as Egg Plant is mixed with Chicken Kheema (minced chicken). This yummy recipe is a non spicy one, however if you wish to eat this spicy then add some finely chopped green chilies to it while sauting the minced chicken and onion. This delicious dish can be savored with plain rice or any other rice recipe or else with roti too. Here I am sharing my mouth watering recipe of Brinjal and Chicken Kheema  
   

Time for Preparation : 10 minutes
Time for Cooking : 20 minutes
Serves 2 People

Ingredients for Brinjal and Chicken Kheema

500 grams Brinjal 
500 grams Chicken minced
1 Onion sliced
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
4 Tbsp Refined Oil
2 cup of water
Salt to Taste
Coriander Leaves for garnishing

How to make Brinjal and Chicken Kheema

Peel and cut the brinjals into small pieces.



Take the minced chicken and add the corn flour and soy sauce to it.



Mix everything well and keep it aside.



Now boil the water in a wok or a deep bottom pan.



Once the water boils add the brinjal pieces into the hot water.



Let it boil till the brinjals become cooked and tender. Keep stirring the same.



Now remove the brinjal from the water and keep the brinjal and the water separately.



Heat oil in a wok or a pan.



Now add the sliced onions and saute for few minutes.



Add the marinated minced chicken to the onions and sauté for 5 minutes.



Now add the boiled brinjals and cook by constantly stirring it for 5 more minutes.



Add the brinjal boiled water and salt to the pan now and stir and cook till the water dries up.



Delicious Brinjal and Chicken Kheema is now ready. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
