Brinjal Fry

Brinjal also known as Eggplant is an awesome vegetable. It can be prepared in various ways. This recipe is prepared by mixing the brinjal with turmeric powder, salt, sugar and then fried in mustard oil. The same can be fried in other oil too, but I recommend it to be fried in mustard oil as it enhances the flavor of the recipe and will provide you an amazing taste while relishing the same. This recipe is very simple to make. Here I am sharing my yummy recipe of Brinjal Fry.

Time for cooking: 5 minutes
Serves 4 People

Ingredients for Brinjal Fry

1 big Brinjal 
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of Sugar
Mustard Oil for frying

How to make Brinjal Fry

Take the brinjal and cut them into round pieces.



Now add the salt, turmeric powder and sugar to the brinjal slices.



Mix everything properly.



Heat mustard oil in a deep pan or a wok. Like I said, this will give more taste to the dish. I chose the same for adding more Yumm to my recipe that I am presenting over here.



Add this marinated sliced brinjal pieces to the hot oil, fry it until it turns golden brown in color.



Now turn and fry the other side too.



Once done remove it from the oil and place it in a serving bowl. Delicious Brinjal Fry is now ready. Serve it hot with rice.
