Bread Halwa

This halwa recipe is a very simple and easy to make recipe. This is a dessert that can be prepared quickly, If you have some guest at your home and you don`t know what to serve them by making something instantly. You can immediately prepare this recipe and serve your guests and your family too and have an amazing time. This mouth watering dish is prepared with very simple ingredients that are easily available at home. Here I am sharing my recipe of Bread Halwa.

Time for Preparation : 5 minutes
Time for Cooking : 15 minutes
Serves 2 People

Ingredients for Bread Halwa

4 slices of Breads
2 cups of Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Cashew nuts
1 Tbsp Raisins
1 Tbsp Ghee

How to make Bread Halwa

Take the bread slices.

Break them into small pieces.

Chop the cashew nuts and raisins.

Heat the ghee in a non sticky pan or a wok.

Add the bread pieces to the ghee pan.

Stir and cook for a minute.

Now add 1 cup milk now.

Stir and cook for some time.

Add the sugar now.

Cook for some more time by constantly stirring it and add the chopped cashew nuts and raisins.

Now add the remaining 1 cup milk.

Stir and cook till the Halwa reaches to the right consistency.

Delicious Bread Halwa is now ready. Garnish it with some dry fruits and serve.
