Chili Paneer

This recipe is a spicy and yummy preparation paneer which is well known as cottage cheese, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and salt which it sauted in oil. I have used green bell pepper here in my recipe, but you can use yellow and red bell peppers too, to make your dish look more colorful. This spicy and colorful dish is relished with any kind of rice preparation, however  I like to savor them with fried rice. This vegan recipe is easily prepared in few minutes. I often make this dish for dinner and my family loves this Paneer recipe. Try this recipe at home and give you tongue a feast this weekend. Here I am sharing my delicious recipe of Chili Paneer.  

Time for Preparation : 10 minutes
Time for Cooking : 15 minutes 
Serves 4 people

Ingredients for Chili Paneer

500 grams Paneer / Cottage Cheese (cubed)
1 Green Bell Pepper (cut into big cubes)
2 big Onions (cut into big cubes)
2 big Tomatoes (cut into big cubes)
1 Tsp Ginger (chopped)
1 Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
5 Green Chilies (cut into thin long slices)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Oil

How to make Chili Paneer

Heat oil in a deep bottom pan or a wok.

Add the cubed paneer and fry them till they turn golden brown in color.

Once the paneer is fried well remove from the oil and keep in aside.

Now add the cubed onions and saute in the same oil for few seconds.

Add the chopped ginger and also the chopped garlic and sauté for a minute.

Now add the cubed bell peppers and green chilies into the oil and saute for few seconds.

Add the cubed tomatoes now and saute for 5 minutes. 

Now add the fried paneer, soy sauce, salt and sugar and saute for 3 more minutes.

Delicious recipe is now ready.

Transfer it into the serving bowl and serve it hot with any kind of rice preparation.
