Egg Chicken Pasta

This Pasta recipe not only looks colorful but also tastes amazing. The combination of marinated chicken, tomato and yummy pasta and to make it more attractive and delicious I have garnished it with boiled eggs. Children will love to savor this alluring dish. It is quite simple to make and can be prepared in less time too. Here I am sharing my delightful recipe of Egg Chicken Pasta.

Serves 4 People

Ingredients for Egg Chicken Pasta

500 grams Pasta
2 Eggs
250 grams Chicken (cut into small pieces)
4 Tomatoes (puree)
1 Onion (sliced)
½ tsp Ginger (chopped)
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
3 cups of water
4 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt to taste
Pinch of Sugar

How to make Egg Chicken Pasta

Boil the eggs in the sufficient water.

Take the chicken and add the corn flour and 2 tbsp soy sauce.

Marinate it and keep it aside.

Now boil the 3 cups of water in a wok or a deep bottom pan.

Take the pasta.

Now add the pasta to the boiling water.

Let the water and pasta boil, cook it till the pasta turns neither too soft nor too hard. 

Once the pasta is boiled drain the water and let the pasta cool, meanwhile heat the oil in a pan or a wok.

Add the sliced onions and chopped ginger and sauté for a minute.

Now add the marinated chicken and sauté everything for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato puree now and cook for few more minutes.

Now add the boiled pasta.

Add the remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt, sugar, red chili powder and stir fry everything for 5 minutes.

Garnish it with boiled eggs. Delicious Egg Chicken Pasta is now ready.
