Ingredients for Aloo Bhindi Bhujia

500 grams Ladies Finger (Okra, Bhindi)
4 Potatoes
1 big Onion
2 Dried Red Chilies
½ cup Mustard Oil
Salt to taste

How to make Aloo Bhindi Bhujia

Peel the potatoes and cut them into the shape of cubes. Wash them and dry the potatoes.

Wash the ladies finger and then cut them into small pieces.

Now slice the onions and keep the dried red chilies ready as we are going to start cooking now.

Pour the mustard oil in a kadhai and heat it. Mustard oil just makes this bhujia very yummy and I love its flavor.

After the mustard oil is heated add the sliced onions and dried red chilies now and sauté for a minute.

Now add the cubed potatoes, make sure the potatoes are dry or else if it is wet the oil will start crackling and it might hurt your hands.

After adding the potatoes, fry it together with the onions and fry till the potatoes are half cooked.

Now add the ladies finger into the kadhai.

Stir the ladies finger and the potatoes together for 2 minutes.

Now add the salt as much as you require.

Fry the potatoes and the ladies finger till they are cooked properly.

Very appetizing Aloo Bhindi Bhujia is now ready.
