Mushroom Masala

Mushroom Masala is a spicy and yummy mushroom recipe.

Mushroom is something that I love preparing and also savouring, I love to cook mushroom because it gets cooked very fast and I love eating it because it taste very yummy. In this recipe I have prepared the mushroom with spices paste like ginger, garlic, coriander and cumin. I have also added green chilies, tomatoes and onions and sauted everything together in my favourite mustard oil Do you want your recipe to be tastier then, I recommend, use mustard oil. This will increase the flavor and makes your recipe tastier. Here under I am sharing my recipe of Mushroom Masala.

Ingredients required for making Mushroom Masala Recipe

250 grams Mushroom
1 Big Tomato
2 Onions
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Coriander Paste
1 tsp Cumin Paste
4 Green Chilies
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
Few Coriander Leaves for garnishing

First let us take the mushroom in a plate.

Cut the mushroom into your desired shape, I have sliced them in thin long slices and then wash them nicely.

Now slice the onions and keep them ready.

Cut the tomatoes and green chilies into small pieces.

Heat your favourite edible oil in a kadhai, I have used mustard oil for preparing this recipe.

Now add the sliced onions into the hot oil.

Saute the onion slices in the oil till they turn transparent.

Now add the ginger paste, coriander paste, garlic paste and cumin paste into the kadhai.

Saute all the pastes (ginger, garlic, coriander and cumin) with the onions.

Add the tomatoes and green chilies to the recipe now.

Saute the tomatoes and green chilies with all the spices, tomatoes will start leaving water at this moment.

Now add the red chili powder and salt according to your taste.

Mix everything and let it simmer for a minute.

Now add the mushroom to the kadhai.

Saute the mushroom along with all the spices. At this moment mushroom will start leaving water.

Cook till the water dries up completely and oil starts leaving the sides of the kadhai.

Our very spicy Mushroom Masala is now ready to relish. Add the coriander leaves and garnish the recipe and serve.
