Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop is a delectable appetizer.


I love savoring any dish prepared with chicken, but these lollipops made with chicken wings are simply me and my family’s favourite. Whenever I bring home chicken wings I prepare these lollipops. If you do not like to savour the same with tomato ketchup then you can sprinkle little lemon juice on the lollipops and serve it hot with salad. I am sure now all of you are feeling excited to prepare this recipe, so see below the flavourful recipe of the Chicken Lollipop.

Ingredients

Ingredients required for making Chicken Lollipop

1 kg of Chicken Wings
3 Tsp Corn Flour
1 cup Maida (all purpose flour)
2 Eggs
4 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
Half Tsp Red Chili Powder
Oil for deep frying
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
Pinch of Sugar
Salt to taste

First we will take the chicken wings and clean and wash them properly.



Now break each chicken wing into two parts from the joint.



Take each broken part of the wings and pull the meat gently back from one end of the bone to the other, be careful while doing this as you might hurt your hands.  After pulling the meat from one end it will look like the shape of lollipop.



Once all the chicken wings are shaped like lollipops, it is time to marinate now. Let’s start marinating them, first we will add the ginger and garlic paste.



Now we are going to break and add the eggs to the wings.



Add the corn flour now.



Now add the maida to the recipe.



Add the salt according to your taste, soya sauce and a pinch of sugar.



Now add the red chili powder, if you do not eat spicy then reduce the quantity of red chili powder.



Mix everything and marinate it for near about an hour.



After an hour get ready to fry the lollipops so heat oil in kadhai or deep frying pan.



Now take the marinated lollipops little by little and fry them on medium flame till they turn slightly golden in colour.



Once the lollipops turn light golden in colour increase the lame to high and fry till the lollipops are cooked well.



Once the yummy lollipops are fried well remove them from the oil and place them in a bowl.



Our delectable Chicken Lollipops are now ready to serve and relish. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
